You're Never Alone video from lds.org

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIrGKB5nRKE

I hope this video copied here.
I love this clip, not only because I'm a runner, but because we all have hills to climb and we can keep climbing if we pray in faith to press
forward. "Fear not, I am with thee, oh be not dismayed...for I am Thy God and will still give Thee aid. "I'll stengthen thee, help thee and cause
thee to stand upheld by my Righteous Omnipotent hand."
I love those words from "How Firm a Foundation."
I hope we will all feel the comfort needed as we watch Elaine Dalton's marathon victory.
If I didn't get it copied right here, I highly recommend that you visit lds.org and watch it on utube.

hugs,
Kary

How funny, I was going to post the video to my blog. :-) Must be connected. It took me a while to figure out how to get the code, it was not set-up like it normally is? Anyway, hope you don't mind me posting it for you. :-)

It's that running thing. I recently (yesterday) read an article about how running becomes as addictive to runners as heroine and other strong drugs are to drug-addicts. And, that the withdrawl effects of not running are similar to not getting "high". Yup, those endorphins are truly addictive! The more you do it, the more you NEED it! Luckily, it is a GOOD thing!!

I ALWAYS cry when I watch the youtube videos on LDS.org. I never plan to cry, or even feel emotional before hand, they just get to the core, and FAST!!

I loved this video, too. Running is a great way to understand, more fully, the journey of life.

Keep it up girly! I am so proud of you! You are one HOT 40-something mama!!
