Mom and I made a rocket cake. Stephen wanted to have a rocket party. So, we created outer space with the moon and some stars and decorated a rocket tree. We played a game called "Rocket to the Moon." The objective was to throw four foam rockets into a crate (decorated as the moon.) You had a 10 second countdown to see how many rockets you could make fly to the moon before time ran out. Grandma and Stephen won the competition. It was a real "blast" to see the rockets fly across the room.
I love seeing our little boy grow up and fly.
