Bike Ride to Big Lake

We enjoyed a great family trip to Big Lake today. We rode our bikes 18 miles to reach our destination. Grandma and Grandpa met us at the lake for a picnic. Then we played frisbee, soccer and climbed on some rocks. The kids love going for rides in the bike trailer. It was nap time when we left today, so they snuggled up together and had a good rest.

PS. I will be posting more pictures soon to catch everyone up on our summer adventures. Last night we took both of the kids fishing on Memory Lake under the midnight sun. We went out on our kayak at 10:00pm and got home around 12:30am. The kids loved it. Fortunately, they had both taken a good afternoon nap. Stephen caught his first little fish and was super excited. Ray caught one too and I think he was as excited as Stephen. : ) I didn't take pics since I didn't want to drop the camera in the lake. Maybe next time.
