It's time for me to catch up w/ my blog. My sister, Mari has reminded me how important it is to keep up on our family history. Thank you Mari. So, I thought I would start at Christmas and move forward from there.
During the Christmas season, we enjoyed baking gingerbread cookies, caroling, wrapping presents, watching Christmas movies, spending time with friends and family. We loved watching the First Presidency Christmas devotional which reminded us to focus on Jesus Christ as we live each day.
I am grateful for our Savior. I know He is the Prince of Peace. When I choose to be like Him and truly always remember Him, I feel His Spirit strengthen my soul. I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Living the gospel brings happiness and hope.
I hope this new year will be filled with happiness, hope and peace for us all.
