We enjoyed a day spent by Old Faithful in Yellowstone. I was amazed at how many people sat on the benches surrounding this great geyser. The anticipation rose as we all anticipated her time to blow. She did not let us down. As Shania Twain would sing, she went "up, up, up..."
We had a nice walk with the children later that evening to observe more hot springs and take in the beauty of Yellowstone.

Happy trails!

Ray captured this shot of Old Faithful right after a thunderstorm. It was pouring rain right before she appeared. Then, a double rainbow filled the sky. You can only observe one rainbow in this shot, I'll try and find the one w/ the double. The wonders of nature are awe inspiring.

This picture is for Dad. To stick with family tradition, we just had to get ice cream after the Old Faithful showing. It was sweet!

Life is good. So is ice cream!

Old Faithful remains committed to doing her job faithfully every hour. Absolutely spectacular!
