Scroll down to see my first marathon post........pictures of the event are in random order.
Stephen was given a medal by a 1/2 marathoner. She was so impressed to see him at every stop cheering us on that she thought he deserved an award. He felt very happy to earn his medal. Baby Blake is very interested in the medal and wants to taste it while McKinley is making the approach to tickle his toes.
Kellie made a shirt that said: "I heart Mountain Mama" (referring to me.)
and Kristie made a shirt that says: "I heart Rex" (Ray earned this name from the Post brothers while we were engaged.) It has remained his nickname with them over the years.
Kary talking to Mom in New Brunswick right after crossing the finish line of the marathon. She cheered me on all the way. I could feel the love and the courage to go on.
Ray giving his medal to McKinley. Look at her joy! Ray sure loves his little girl.

More pics and videos to come.........................

Yippee! We knew you could do it! We are all so proud of you! What is next . . . 50 miles? ;-) I hope it was the experience you were hoping for. How did it go, no barfing? I do hope you take the time to write the "real story" on your blog, after you post all the peppy-pictures. We would all like to hear the story of overcoming obstacles, etc. When all settles down, take some time to write it down!

Nothing is impossible. Just a few years ago I know you were not sure if this day would come! What a difference time can make!

It looks like your support group made all the difference! Glad you were able to gather so many around you for encouragement! I am sure it helped to keep a moving!

Love you and can't wait to be with you soon! Maybe we could go running together . . . :-)
